We are seeking a reliable and organized Account Manager to support both our client relations and internal administrative processes. The role involves preparing client tracking sheets, assisting with basic accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update client tracking sheets (project status, deadlines, deliverables, etc.)
- Monitor and manage client files and documentation
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
- Help follow up on client payments, due dates, and issue reminders if needed
- Record and update basic accounting data in internal tools (Excel or accounting software)
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients for administrative questions
- Maintain organized digital records and ensure proper archiving
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
