The role of Sales Manager:
- Looking after a B2C Sales team of circa 12 Sales Agents
- Driving sales performance through coaching, 1-2-1βs and performance management

- General management of staff from absence reporting to holidays and ensuring HR systems are kept up to date
- Managing the team pipeline and creating accurate financial forecasts
