We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the production line, you will play an essential role in ensuring the efficient manufacturing and packaging of products to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Assemble, pack, or label products as required.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures and health & safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage but not essential – full training provided.
- Good attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible approach to working hours and duties.
