Craft and manage briefs for international creator marketing initiatives, that are developed and completed to a high standard. They should be locally relevant and tie into global business goals, have clear objectives and a measurable return on investment. Be a generator of ideas for local creator marketing execution and also implement global campaigns in a way that meets the high Apple standards. Work closely with cross-functional channel and advertising teams and local marketing teams to build iconic and impactful creator marketing campaigns.
- Define clear and tangible marketing goals and monitor/partner around detailed execution.
- Work with other earned media teams across Apple to ensure clear one-Apple messaging to creators.
- Collaborate closely with advertising teams regarding any creator campaigns that include a paid element and/or advertising agencies.
- Work with local teams to establish territory-specific priorities and approved creator list.
- Identify impact of organic creator activity based on various metrics such as followers, likes or other amplifications, engagement metrics, social listening, and brand/content social visibility.
- Share programme performance and impact with key partners across all relevant teams. Develop a weekly or regular cadenced report.
- Ensure that we are following the latest guidance from PR, legal, LOB marketing teams, creator council, etc.
- Review weekly trends that impact our business and could be potential opportunities, leveraging social listening tools.
- Collect and share best practices, build playbooks and scalable solutions, at times, advocating or working cross-functionally to do so.
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive marketing experience in content services, with deep knowledge of creator and social marketing.
- Demonstrated creator marketing experience.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple timezones.
- Strong networker who will develop and build positive relationships with business partners and collaborators.
- Have an ability to analyse and communicate results to leaders in both written and oral formats, and capable of understanding Apple’s overall priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams under daily and weekly deadlines.
- Deep passion for the Apple brand, Apple’s Services proposition, and mobile technology.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Resourceful, creative, and collaborative.
- A university degree or equivalent is a plus.
