About TILL
TILL is the first creative agency dedicated to representing talent at the intersection of garden, art, and technology. We champion leading horticulturists, designers, visual storytellers, thought-leaders, florists and activists in the garden world -- connecting them with brands and institutions. Through artist representation, brand partnerships, and strategic development, we’re redefining how nature-based creativity is valued and seen across industries. Our vision is to build a new cultural category — where the work of artists in this space holds the same creative weight as talent in art, fashion, film, music and design.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven professional to support and lead TILL’s brand partnerships and sales efforts across the UK and Europe. You’ll help open doors to clients, scout creative collaborators, and lay the groundwork for a physical UK presence in 2026. This is a builder’s role. It’s suited to someone who’s excited by autonomy, values purpose-driven creative work, and wants to help grow a new kind of artist agency from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the founder (NYC) and have daily meetings to align on goals, strategy, and opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Market Development & Outreach: Build relationships with brands, institutions, agencies, and collaborators across design, fashion, heritage, and hospitality industries to introduce TILL and explore creative partnership opportunities.
- Drive Sales & Secure Projects: Proactively pitch collaborations and campaign ideas involving TILL’s artists. Craft decks, reach out to brands, follow up, and close. You're the commercial engine in the UK/EU.
- Scout and Connect with Artists: Build relationships with emerging and established landscape designers, horticulturists, ecologists, writers, botanical artists, and creatives rooted in the natural world.
- Be the UK/EU Lead for TILL: Represent the agency at public events, festivals, design weeks, and client-facing meetings. Manage incoming opportunities and help build a regional network.
- Support Early Operations: Help implement lightweight systems for tracking sales, opportunities, and artist outreach. You’ll also help assess long-term infrastructure needs as we prepare to open a London studio/office.
Who You Are
- 5–7 years experience in a relevant combination of roles: sales, partnerships, artist management, or new business at a creative agency, brand, or design firm.
- A strong communicator and natural relationship-builder with a track record of turning conversations into paid projects.
- Comfortable working independently, setting your own structure, and reporting weekly progress.
- Fluent in the language of creative industries — ideally with roots or networks in design, fashion, branding, cultural institutions, or landscape/garden design.
- Excited about building systems that make creativity scalable and sustainable.
- Passionate about gardens, art, sustainability, and culture — or open to falling in love with this space.
- London-based and comfortable working hybrid/freelance with a New York-based founder.
What This Role Could Become
As TILL expands, this role could evolve into a full-time position. You'll be part of shaping a cultural shift — reimagining where and how nature-based artistry is seen, funded, and celebrated.
