About the Centre – Guardian Torquay: Located at 3-5 Attunga Drive, Torquay VIC 3228, our newly refurbished centre offers a cozy, coastal setting near the beach. Led by an experienced and supportive Centre Manager, Celine, and passionate team, you’ll feel right at home from day one!

The Opportunity: As an Educator, you will:
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team.
- Develop and deliver creative early learning programs inspired by the EYLF and NQF.
- Document and share children’s learning journeys with families.
- Actively engage with the Guardian Curriculum to inspire exploration, discovery, and play.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or actively working towards it).
- Experience in long day care.
- A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, 11 Child safe standards and current early years practices.
- A valid Working with Children Check for VIC state.
- Must be an Australian Citizen, PR or be an NZ citizen (we do not provide sponsorships).
