We are looking for a proactive and motivated Team Lead to drive excellence in our clinical team as we enter a phase of hyper-growth. Sitting in the Clinical Engagement & Onboarding team, this role executes onboarding, performance management and retention strategies in the clinical team. This role manages and supports a cohort of clinicians to deliver high standards of care and operational efficiency, working closely with Medical Ops and the Operations & Performance teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, Support & Develop Clinicians
- Act as line manager and main contact for UK clinicians, offering day-to-day support.
- Conduct 1:1s, appraisals, and manage HR or pastoral issues compassionately.
- Drive engagement and team culture through feedback, recognition, and check-ins.
- Ensure clinicians feel supported, valued, and connected.
- Monitor KPIs like productivity, utilisation, and CSAT, and address trends.
- Deliver training with GP Leads and ensure access to resources.
- Lead onboarding and maintain up-to-date training and licence records.
- Use feedback to improve clinician experience and service quality.
- Work with Medical Ops and Ops teams on service launches and process changes.
- Support resource planning and rota optimisation.
- Share clinician insights to inform improvements and drive adoption.
What You’ll Bring
