Are you a climate scientist with expertise in tropical or extra-tropical cyclones? As a Contract Climate Scientist, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team of climate scientists, geospatial analysts, and loss modellers. You will take the lead development and evaluation of hazard models for storm-related perils such as tropical cyclones, storm surge, and European windstorms. Your work will directly inform the physical risk insights delivered to global banking and asset management clients. This is a contract position for 3-4 months initially, working hybrid in London.
Your impact as Contract Climate Scientist:
- Develop and refine global-scale storm hazard models grounded in scientific research.
