We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Partnerships Operations Manager to lead and optimize our partner ecosystem, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a scalable operational framework for managing global partners.
  • Establish best practices, policies, and governance for partner engagement.
  • Perform horizon scanning for new partners.
  • Build relationships with strategic partners and their teams.
  • Leverage relationships within partner organizations to develop trusted advisory relationships and generate new deal leads.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, solution consultants, and product teams to execute partner strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure partner success.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance partner experience and drive revenue.
  • Oversee partner enablement initiatives.
  • Manage support for Napier AI tracking and ensure data quality in HubSpot CRM.
  • Generate MI and reporting on partner activity.
  • Act as the operational bridge between partners and internal teams.
  • Work with sales, finance, and legal teams on contracts, incentives, and compliance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience working with Software (Integration), Services (SI), Resellers, and GTM partners.
  • Operations experience in a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Crime and AML technology.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience in key markets including UK & Ireland, Continental Europe, and MENA.
