About the Service Line Head

Anne-Marie Welch, Head of Employer Solutions Tax: "I moved to RSM (then Baker Tilly) a decade ago after most of my career at the Big 4. The difference is significant. At RSM, there is a fantastic team environment focused on supporting each other's careers, from new graduates to partners. The variety of work and clients is extensive, and there are ample opportunities to pursue personal interests and career goals. I believe strongly in developing talent, and RSM’s approach of growing our own talent aligns with my values.
