Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE for first year: £35,000 - £42,000)

Your Role as an Outbound Sales Specialist:

  • Drive Growth: Generate new business leads through proactive cold-calling and outbound sales.
  • Seal the Deal: Engage prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions across their fleet management products.
  • Manage Early Accounts: Provide exceptional customer service and nurture client relationships during the early lifecycle.
  • Pipeline Success: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using their CRM systems.
  • Hit Your Targets: Meet and exceed KPIs while consistently delivering high-quality, compliant calls.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Skills:

  • At least 3 years in a sales environment (This can come from any industry so think: Telesales, Recruitment, or Door-to-Door).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
  • Knowledge of the Oil/Gas/Energy/Fuel industries is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisation, time management, and resilience.
