A well-regarded law firm with a strong reputation in both private and publicly funded family law. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Solicitor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role also requires the successful candidate to act as a Legal Aid Supervisor.
The Role
This is a varied position involving both private and publicly funded family law work, including:
- Children and matrimonial matters
- Legal Aid and private fee-paying cases
- Case preparation, advocacy, and court representation
- Supervisory responsibilities in line with Legal Aid Agency requirements
Key Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in family law
- Experience in both private and public law, including Legal Aid
- Eligible and willing to act as Legal Aid Supervisor
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a busy office environment
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Office-based (no remote working)
