We are seeking a highly organised and focused individual to join our Client as a Night Tracking Administration Coordinator. This role involves tracking the movement of goods, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, and maintaining system data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load orders onto the system and track shipments (road and air).
- Liaise with customs for documentation and negotiate rates with carriers.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to keep everyone updated.
- Ensure drivers have correct paperwork for EU shipments.
- Maintain accurate system data and ensure jobs are completed and checked before invoicing.
Requirements:
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain focused under pressure.
- Experience in transport/logistics is preferred.
- Good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to handle stressful situations.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office.
Additional Information:
- Initial training during day hours for 6-8 weeks.
