We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams, enhancing their performance, productivity, and shaping culture. This role involves connecting with clients, developing solutions, and facilitating team journeys that lead to innovative outcomes. It also includes supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.
Your responsibilities include:
- Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
- Designing customized leadership development programs.
- Delivering remote learning and leadership programs.
- Providing executive coaching and feedback using CORE assessment tools, and scaling training through "Train-the-Trainer" programs.
- Creating new programs based on current building blocks.
- Building professional relationships with clients.
- Co-creating transformative team leadership development journeys.
- Applying organizational change management tools and approaches.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in leadership development or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
- Coaching Certification (ICF).
- Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders.
- Skills in designing and facilitating team meetings and content.
- Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
- Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to develop expertise.
