Are you an experienced estimator with a background in offsite construction & housing? Would you enjoy a home working role with a national contracting business? You will be joining the specialist contracting division of a large, international manufacturing group. As a result of growth, this business is seeking a new estimator to complement their current team and is specifically interested in those with a modular and/or house building background.
You will be working on a range of contracts across modular, cold rolled steel, housing, hotel, student accommodation and retail projects. Reporting to a highly experienced pre-construction manager, you can expect excellent mentoring and development within the commercial team. Other colleagues will include estimators, quantity surveyors and commercial managers.
