An exciting opportunity has become available for an Experienced Cut and Crease Minder to join a highly skilled converting team within a well-established packaging company. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the Cut and Crease process for lithographic printed packaging, working across a variety of formats and materials.
This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment where teamwork and attention to detail are highly valued. You will be operating state-of-the-art machinery, with training provided on specific models as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate Cut and Crease machines to produce high-quality cartons, sleeves, and other packaging formats.
- Organise and prepare all materials and systems required for each shift.
- Maintain strict quality control throughout the production process.
- Assist in the planning and execution of trials for new packaging projects.
- Ensure production schedules and deadlines are consistently met.
- Complete all necessary documentation to support traceability and maintain compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct daily maintenance and care of machinery.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in carton packaging Cut and Crease operations.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience operating Brausse Cut and Crease machinery is a plus.
- Additional experience in packaging converting is desirable.
- Full training on specific machinery models.
