Key Responsibilities

  • Curate category pages, product carousels, and key site areas to reflect current trends and brand style.
  • Ensure consistency in visual standards across all digital touchpoints.
  • Create and style inspirational edits and outfit combinations to drive product discovery and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to visually merchandise seasonal campaigns, launches, and promotions.
  • Lead the on-site execution of homepage features, 'new-in' collections, trend edits, and designer highlights.
  • Use trading and performance data to inform product placement and category prioritisation.
  • Maximise conversion by spotlighting high-performing lines and supporting weaker categories with strategic positioning.
  • Stay on top of competitor activity and eCommerce trends to keep site presentation fresh and effective.
  • Liaise with buying and planning teams to ensure product availability aligns with merchandising plans.
  • Flag low stock risks and help rotate collections to maintain a balanced and well-stocked customer offering.
  • Shape the customer journey through intuitive site navigation and well-considered product categorisation.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-4 years' as an eCommerce Visual Merchandiser or in a similar digital trading role within fashion retail.
  • Strong understanding of seasonal trends, fashion styling, and customer buying behaviour online.
  • Experience using Magento or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Confident with Google Analytics or comparable data tools to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for styling, layout, and brand consistency.

Desirable Skills:

  • Basic Photoshop or image editing abilities.
  • Familiarity with editorial merchandising and fashion photography.
