We’re working with a well-established premium fashion retailer that’s currently seeking a motivated and detail driven Allocator to join their growing merchandising team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their merchandising career who loves working with data, has a commercial mindset, and wants to be part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The Role: As an Allocator, you’ll support Merchandisers in making sure stock is in the right place, at the right time, and performing at it’s best. Your role will involve a mix of allocation analysis, reporting, forecasting, and liaising with multiple teams including Buying, Design, and Store Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing stock allocations based on capacity, sales trends, and product availability.
- Reviewing forecasts and making data driven recommendations.
- Monitoring deliveries and ensuring timely stock flow to stores and online.
- Producing weekly and ad hoc sales and performance reports.
- Identifying top and underperforming lines to support trade decisions.
- Supporting the Buying and Design teams with product insights.
- Building strong relationships across stores, head office, and online teams.
