The Strategy Manager will play a key role in shaping Lenovos sustainability services, driving strategic direction, improving data quality, and supporting the development of innovative sustainability offerings. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and collaboration across multiple functions to enhance Lenovos sustainability impact and market positioning.
Responsibilities
Strategic Development:

• Support the definition and execution of Lenovos sustainability services strategy.
• Create compelling strategic presentations (PPT) to communicate key initiatives.
• Prepare and facilitate strategic workshops for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with finance to develop and maintain strategic financial dashboards.
• Translate customer insights into new sustainability propositions and service offerings.

Data Quality Optimization

• Work with internal teams and external providers to enhance data accuracy and integrity.
• Support the overall strategic direction of Lenovos sustainability services data platform.
• Ensure alignment with industry sustainability standards and reporting requirements.

Innovation Offering Development

• Contribute to the initiation of new sustainability services, starting from the pre-concept phase.
• Develop strategies around sustainability in data centers, improving efficiency and environmental impact.

External Engagement Partnerships

• Support the building of external alliances to strengthen Lenovos go-to-market strategy and identify partnership opportunities to advance Lenovos sustainability initiatives globally.

Skills Experience

• Proven experience in sustainability and strategy formation.
• Familiarity with sustainability data standards (LCA methodology, modeling, reporting).
• Strong PPT skills for strategic presentations.
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with technical detail.
• Data-driven decision-making and ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Strong team player with a commitment to fostering diversity and creating a positive work environment.
