Prior experience managing a legal team with a background in data centres, real estate or industrial/manufacturing is key. This will be a maternity cover, starting as soon as possible. Your role will include: Overseeing the legal function across the EMEA region independently Acting as Head of Legal to support new data centre construction projects working alongside a senior construction lawyer Supporting land acquisition projects and negotiation of land purchase agreements Facility management service contracts Supporting in-house paralegal and delegating work Managing external legal spend Ideally, you\’ll have a strong background managing a small (or larger) legal team. Previous experience in data centres would be beneficial although a background in real estate, industrials, or manufacturing will also be considered. This assignment will be full-time, starting as soon as possible, and is expected to run for 9 – 12 months.
