Contracts Manager – Cat A & B Fit-out Ruislip – With regular travel across the South East £75k – £90k + Travel package My client a growing fit our contractor based in Berkshire are seeking a strong, knowledgeable and driven Project manager to join their team. This role will oversee between 3-5 projects at any one time at various points in the project life cycle and be able to manage the site teams, programmes as well as liaising directly with the clients to ensure they are kept informed and up to date. This will in turn help to build a trusted relationship and secure further work. Project vales range form £5k – £500k If you are able to help find solutions to problems before they happen and have 10+ years experience as a Fit out manager and 5+ years as a PM this could be for you. This is an office based role with regular site visits
