WeMindTheGap is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Development Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a role model for their Gappies, sharing life skills and experiences to encourage positive behaviors. In this role, you will support the delivery of youth development programmes across Cheshire West, providing guidance and support in schools to 11-15 year olds.
