What You’ll Do:
- Run commercial M&E projects from planning to handover
- Lead site teams & subcontractors
- Manage timelines, budgets & client expectations
- Ensure H&S and compliance standards are met
- Report progress to senior management
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years’ PM experience (HVAC/mechanical/plumbing)
- SMSTS, H&S training, DBS check
- Strong leadership & communication skills
