Administrator opportunity with a leading facilities management company in the Hamilton area. We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with strong communication and data management skills. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update the company's CRM and internal systems to ensure accurate quote tracking
  • Generate real-time reports and maintain spreadsheets of pending and submitted quotes
  • Create and manage PPC-style quote funnels from entry to acceptance stage
  • Assist in preparing and issuing cost-effective service quotes when required
  • Schedule and allocate jobs to in-house engineers or subcontractors using internal systems
  • Maintain and update client portals with the latest quote and work order statuses

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
