As a Graduate Technical Engineer, you’ll join a talented team who take pride in mentoring new talent. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow your engineering skill set, gain hands-on CAD and CNC experience, and work on exciting bespoke projects across the full product lifecycle.
Your Role:
- Help design high-quality timber products using CAD software
- Support manufacturing process improvements and CNC programming
- Get involved with product testing, compliance, and technical documentation
- Liaise with departments to solve technical challenges and meet client requirements

- A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Architectural, or similar engineering
- An interest in design, manufacturing, or sustainable building
- Competency in CAD software and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
