We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about design, animation, and visual storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Senior Leadership Team to create dynamic video and graphic content that elevates our brand across multiple channels. You’ll need to be equally comfortable brainstorming ideas, storyboarding concepts, animating high-end video content, and delivering polished assets that resonate with both technical and commercial audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging animated product videos that showcase ConnexAI’s cutting-edge technology in a bold, dynamic way.
- Design animated assets including UI walkthroughs, icon sets, transitions, brand stings, and visual effects that bring our AI story to life.
- Design eye-catching static graphics across print and digital, with a strong foundation in editorial layout and visual hierarchy.
- (Desirable): Confident filming video content — including on-location testimonial shoots in exciting global locations.
- Collaborate across teams — working with Marketing, Sales, Product and Leadership to take a project from initial brainstorm to full execution.
- Champion innovation — constantly push the creative direction of the brand as we scale and lead in the AI space.
- Be a hands-on creative who brings energy, initiative, and original thinking to everything you do.
What We’re Looking For:
- Expert in Adobe After Effects, with strong graph editor knowledge and confident use of plugins and expressions.
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and Figma.
- A solid understanding of design fundamentals – including typography, colour theory, layout, spacing, and rhythm.
- Extensive experience in the creative industry — preferably within a tech, SaaS or innovation-led business.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and consistency across different mediums.
- A self-starter mindset – confident managing your own time, solving problems, and taking ownership of projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Calm under pressure, with a proven ability to deliver outstanding work under tight deadlines.
