What you'll be doing:

  • Leading quality assurance across Engineering and Construction, ensuring alignment with awarding body standards
  • Supporting curriculum planning, internal verification, and assessment strategies
  • Monitoring performance indicators, learner data, and implementing improvement strategies
  • Taking a lead on the implementation of T-Levels, apprenticeships and vocational pathways
  • Overseeing staff operations, performance reviews, timetabling and CPD
  • Acting as a key liaison with employers, external partners, and stakeholders
  • Driving high levels of student satisfaction, retention, and progression
  • Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning experience for all learners
