The Role:
We are supporting our client with the recruitment of a Welsh Speaking Administrator who will actively support and guide individuals with their career decisions and development. This role will mainly be telephone based and will require a candidate that can communicate in Welsh.
Responsibilities of a Welsh Speaking Administrator:
- Provide information and advice to individuals via telephone and web based services.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients and offer employers a recruitment service.
- Support clients to achieve their education, training and employment goals.
- Update information on a bespoke CRM system.
- Ad hoc Administrative support when required.
The Candidate:
The ideal Welsh Speaking Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Welsh speaking is essential.
- Confident communication skills - verbal/listening/written.
- Strong IT literacy.
- Willingness to be DBS checked (which will be processed once the role commences).
