Sales Area Manager – EMEA

This hybrid role is ideal for a seasoned professional experienced in building and expanding distribution networks in international markets.

Lead and support distributors to achieve sales and market penetration targets.

Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand ScentAir’s footprint.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to align on regional growth strategies.

Conduct regular in-person meetings and field visits with distributors and key clients (up to 40% travel).

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior leadership.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

Proficiency in at least one additional European language.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage a regional portfolio.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

Previous experience working in a multinational environment or with international teams.
