The Job As a Digital Product Designer for the Discover & Explore Squad you will have ownership of the guest experience and visual design. You will create inspirational storytelling experiences that showcases what our brands offer, bringing to life our proposition and services. The ultimate goal is for you to create products people love through design by continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver the product experience for guests in their discovery and consideration phase, driving them to start the booking process. Build and maintain a design system of visual, reusable components and patterns that will allow the team to release high quality work efficiently and consistently Create, own and manage the product Design Principles, Guidelines and Design System.Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality. Lead and evolve design practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and quality in delivery.
