Finance Manager

We’re seeking an experienced finance manager to lead financial operations and drive strategic projects across the business. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial control experience, excellent project management skills, and a passion for process improvement. Key responsibilities: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Ensure accurate reporting and strong financial controls Deliver insights and reports to support business decisions Lead financial aspects of projects, including cost control and performance tracking Support digital transformation efforts, including dashboard development Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunitiesAbout you: Degree in finance, accounting, or business (ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred) 5+ years’ experience in financial control or management Skilled in financial modelling and data analysis Confident communicator with strong presentation skills Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and financial systems Experience in logistics or a related sector is a plus
