They are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the team and help drive new business opportunities through smart outreach and quality conversations. The Role This is not your typical cold-calling role. You’ll be joining a small but growing sales team where you’re encouraged to think for yourself, bring ideas to the table, and shape how things are done. * Prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and phone to open new conversations * Following up on warm leads from marketing campaigns and referrals * Booking qualified meetings for yourself and senior consultants * Attending events and networking opportunities to build your presence * Running discovery calls with prospects and identifying pain points * Updating and managing CRM activity, lead tracking, and reporting * Feeding back what’s working.
