An opportunity has become available for a Warehouse Stock Runner to join one of 17 Paragon sites across the UK based in Wymondham. The site specialises in production of outbound and inbound document services. The site contains printing, mailing and warehousing capability for the purposes of outbound mail and postal and electronic receipt, capture, validation, and document storage for the purposes of inbound mail. In addition, Production Services, Finance, and IT functions reside on the site. Both Inbound and Outbound operations provide services for multiple customers.

Hours: 35 hour week, Mon-Fri, 8am - 4pm

Salary: £22,222.65

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately picking products according to order specifications and preparing them for client.
  • Accurately returning stocks from the client to designated location as per process.
  • Keeping track of stock levels on the floor and reporting discrepancies or low stock levels for replenishment.
  • Transportation of all materials needed for area to complete tasks/jobs.
  • Accurately counting and reporting of stock checks/Audits passed out to be completed in a timely manner.
  • To always communicate with the client and keep all parties aware and up to date.
  • Ensure you comply with all health and safety procedures in line with our policies.
  • Ensure relevant data protection policy is fully understood and adhered to and any issues are escalated in a timely manner to your line manager.
  • Maintain accurate MI records for audit and review purposes.

Skills and Attributes we are looking for:

  • Experience of working to tight deadlines.
  • IT Literate & competent in the use of MS Excel.
  • Lifting operations and physical exercises for the course of every shift is 85%.
  • Ability to lift and manoeuvre items, such as boxes, of up to 22KG.
  • PC operations and exercises for the course of every shift is 15%.
  • Team Player but able to work on own initiative.
  • Self-motivated, organised with an SLA focus.
  • Effective Communicator and Delegator.
