Are you a hands-on tech expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy solving problems, managing infrastructure, and keeping systems secure and running smoothly? If YES, you could be the Infrastructure Engineer we are looking for!

What’s your focus as Infrastructure Engineer? You will be a key part of our IT Services team, providing 2nd line support to around 300 users across hardware, software, network, and telephony. You will take ownership of server administration - including backups, anti-virus, and security - while helping to deliver robust, secure infrastructure that keeps our business moving. You will be based at Kettering with hybrid home working and part of an on-call rota (1 week in 4).

What will you be doing?

  • 2nd line support using ManageEngine ServiceDesk
  • Manage backups, anti-virus, and server security
  • Assist with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and virtualisation platforms
  • Provide user support across Windows 10/11, iOS and Android
  • Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks, 24/7 cover)
