Early Years Teaching Assistant required to work in the mainstream reception class alongside the class Teacher supporting children 1-1 with additional needs. This Early Years Teaching Assistant role would be ideal if you are understanding, nurturing, patient and pro-active.
Early Years Teaching Assistant Requirements:
- To work alongside the class Teacher in a mainstream class setting.
- Experience and knowledge of working with Early Years children that have Learning Difficulties.
- Knowledge and an understanding of the EYFS curriculum and phonics to support the children with their learning and development.
- Building intellectual, social, emotional and physical skills whilst promoting enjoyment of learning.
- To keep a safe environment and be aware of all Safeguarding Policies and procedures.
- Happy to assist with personal care where needed.
- Qualified with a relevant Early Years, L2/L3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
