Belfast Chamber Membership Executive will work across the team supporting the Membership & Accounts Manager and CEO in delivering a wide number and variety of projects. We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated person with a professional and approachable demeanour. Duties in this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Build and maintain relationships with Belfast Chambers members and potential new members as well as key stakeholders. Help to retain and grow the membership and assist businesses in maximising their membership of Belfast Chamber. Supporting with onboarding and processing of all new members & applications. Supporting the team including Membership and Account Manager with the administration of all members accounts to include creating invoices, processing ticket sales and general book keeping. Hands-on involvement with various events such as setup & coordination. Support with processing and distribution of annual membership renewal packs. Maintain & update the membership database, CRM system and Xero, ensuring that they are current and managed appropriately. Front of House duties including meeting/greeting visitors to the office and answering the telephone. Support CEO and team with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, diary management, meeting coordination and general office support. Creditor/debtor information -review and pursue any outstanding debt in line with monthly debtor reports and statements. Provide assistance & updates with any queries from members. Essential Criteria: Proficiency in using Windows Computer system and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy in systems use, data management and documentation with excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong communication, team work and relationship skills. Not required but desirable criteria: Previous administration, bookkeeping or accounts support background. Previous experience with CRM system.
