We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Technology sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Support person to join a growing firm in Surrey. A very interesting and exciting position that will incorporate Network / Helpdesk / Cloud service support and business application and development including ERP programming and administration.

Working hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday (including 1 hour lunch break)

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 + Performance Bonus + Medical + Life Assurance + Pension + Others.

Core Duties:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support
  • Support and install software and hardware
  • Set up new users on the system and with relevant hardware
  • Develop and train staff on IT security and awareness
  • Support with incident management and response
  • Provide support with projects and the installation of new systems
  • Provide server support
  • Provide support with WAN, LAN, wireless and telephone networking
  • Offer cloud systems and platforms support
  • Support with networking configuration and troubleshooting
  • Support in the development of the virtualised infrastructure
  • Maintain ERP solutions and existing programs
  • Keep up to date with new technologies
Skills Required:
  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support
  • Experience with M365 and Admin portals, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server Environments, SharePoint, Active Directory, DNS, and MS Azure technologies
  • Experience with video conferencing software
  • Experience with bespoke ERP business applications
  • Knowledge of KnowBe4 Security, Cisco Firewalls and routers, Sophos XG firewall (IPsec and SSL VPN), and Sophos endpoint and Central
  • Experience with Hyper VM, and RDS virtualisation architecture
  • Experience with TLS SSL certification enrolment
  • Experience with Barracuda Backup
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
