Key responsibilities:
- Create and execute the business unit growth strategy.
- Build a strong, result-oriented team capable of achieving ambitious goals.
- Run goal setting, planning and budgeting for the business unit.
- Report to the Gismart CEO.
- Oversee business operations and monitor their efficiency.
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in management/leadership positions in Product or Marketing.
- Clear understanding of the mobile apps market, distribution channels and growth strategies.
- Solid knowledge of core unit economics principles, experience in modelling/calculating ROI (LTV/CAC).
- Thorough understanding of core advertising platforms and the creative marketing practices behind them.
- Strong leadership qualities: accountability for results, drive and ambition to exceed expectations, ability to unite and inspire the team to achieve the set goals.
- Experience in setting and successfully achieving goals/OKRs.
- Analytical mindset, and ability to identify patterns, plan budgets, evaluate potential ROI on investments.
- High expectations of colleagues and ability to identify and recruit top talent to achieve common goals.
