A consultancy firm is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable BREEAM Sustainability Consultant to join their growing team and help lead the delivery of high-impact, low-carbon projects across a variety of sectors.
As a BREEAM Sustainability Consultant you will be responsible for delivering environmental assessments, working closely with clients, design teams and specialists to create sustainable outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage BREEAM assessments across multiple projects
- Stay up to date with updating standards, legislation and best practices in sustainability
- Liaise with assessors, contractors and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met
- Provide strategic sustainability advice to design teams and clients
What we’re looking for:
- Accredited BREEAM assessor
- 2+ years’ experience delivering BREEAM assessments
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and UK building regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Experience with wider environmental assessments
- Excellent communication, report-writing and project management skills
