My client is looking for a CRM Manager to join their ever-growing team. This exciting opportunity allows you to work internationally and only a 4-day week while being paid for 5.
My client seeks someone with knowledge of Salesforce and the Force.com platform, including Sales and Service Cloud, along with a Salesforce Administrator Certification. You should be able to define, develop, and deliver CRM projects, systems, and processes, as well as administer, refine, and develop integrations and automation for all CRM processes, including dashboards.
You will deliver regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analysis for sales, marketing, and senior leadership, providing actionable business insights. Desirable skills include knowledge of SQL, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Pardot, and other digital marketing tools.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, including Process Builder and Lightning Flow.
