Experienced commercial property solicitor sought by well-established full service firm in a leafy West Midlands suburb. My client enjoys an excellent reputation for the quality of its client base, and acts for both commercial and private clients. The firm now has a strategically-created role for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join its team and take on some of the caseload of a busy partner, with matters including acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations and renewals, commercial landlord & tenant, development and corporate support matters.
You will be an experienced commercial property lawyer capable of working in a largely unsupervised capacity and with a broad range of knowledge within the real estate sector. Likely to have accrued circa 8+yrs PQE or equivalent, you will be looking for a role which is both challenging and rewarding, with the ability to handle high quality work on a regular basis without the commute into Birmingham. Remuneration will be competitive and tailored to the skill-set and experience of the successful applicant.
