Front of House - Nights

Front of House / Receptionist – Casual Nights Derby, Pride Park. £13.00p/h We\’re looking for an extra set of hands to assist the night shift manager, providing front desk and operational support on a casual basis. Night shift is usually 22:45-07:00 Shifts will involve: Greeting and late arrivals and getting guests checked in, answering the phone for internal and external queries, helping service food and drinks and keeping front of house areas clean and tidy. What we\’re looking for Experience in a similar role in either a hotel would be preferable. Experience in a relevant customer facing role is essential.
