Change and Release Manager

Summer-Browning Associates are currently supporting our client within the central government, who are seeking a Change and Release Manager on an initial 6 month assignment.

Location: Milton Keynes (hybrid)

About the role:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of the Change and Configuration management teams, including Process Owner accountabilities for our key customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will hold active SC clearance and possess a proven background in Change and Release Management, along with the following qualifications:

Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with IT Service Management toolsets.
• ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification.
• Knowledge of operating IT systems within government environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• ITIL Intermediate qualification in Service Transition and/or Release Control Validation (Desirable).
