What you\’ll be doing:

As a Global Senior Brand Specialist in our Makeup category, you’ll take the lead in shaping and driving the FACE category strategy. You’ll work closely with global and local teams to bring bold, trend-led campaigns to life, ensuring our brand vision is clear, consistent, and impactful. From strategy to execution, you’ll be at the heart of our brand storytelling, helping to grow awareness, engagement, and market share. This is a fast-paced, creative role where you’ll collaborate across functions to deliver standout results and support the wider category agenda.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing and supporting a 3-year brand strategy, including brand vision, positioning, and growth drivers
• Partnering with innovation teams to align product development with brand goals
• Leading campaign planning and content creation to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement
• Managing brand performance, analysing KPIs, and identifying opportunities for growth
• Overseeing brand execution across packaging, communications, and activation toolkits
• Collaborating with commercial marketing to influence investment and ensure alignment
• Sharing best practices and supporting a collaborative, cross-functional brand community

What we\’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or brand roles, ideally with global or cross-cultural exposure
• A strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and portfolio management
• Excellent analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn insights into action
• A passion for makeup, beauty trends, and social media
• Creativity, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
