This role involves working on high-impact projects across domestic and international markets, across various sectors and jurisdictions. In this position, the successful candidate will: Collaborate with developers, lenders, and major international tier 1 contractors. Lead project development and construction legal matters, providing expert guidance. Review, negotiate, and draft EPC contracts, PPAs, and credit support packages. Provide strategic legal insight into project financing and risk assessment. Contribute to renewable energy and infrastructure projects worldwide. About you: 4–6 years PQE lawyer, with focus on renewable energy or infrastructure projects, in-house or private practice. Experience in project development and construction, FIDIC experience is a plus. Proven ability in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating credit support packages. Expertise in EPC contracts and PPAs. Renewable energy experience preferred; additional expertise in infrastructure/PPP, EFW, AD, and water projects is advantageous. Understanding of project bankability and experience in structuring and due diligence reports. Strategic, commercially minded, with quick risk identification and solution execution. Excellent drafting skills for contracts and correspondence.
