Salary: £44,000 to £48,000 per year

Job Description:

Our client is a leading architectural practice with a thriving London studio. They are seeking a BIM Coordinator with excellent Revit skills to join their team. You will be responsible for producing design and technical information in accordance with project timelines, maintaining a strong knowledge of current UK BIM standards (ISO-19650 series and related standards), and assisting in preparing and maintaining project BIM documentation.

The requirements of the role are:

Experience in producing design or technical information according to agreed work programmes.

Proficiency in Revit.

Strong knowledge of current UK BIM standards, including the ISO-19650 series.

Ability to assist in preparing and maintaining project BIM documentation.

A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for contributing to the development of design information.
