Blue Legal is partnering with a global law firm recruiting for a European Business Development & Marketing Specialist to join their London office. The role reports directly to the Senior Business Development Manager and collaborates with the Marketing and Business Development team.

Responsibilities:

• Creating customised materials (pitches, RFPs, bios), maintaining practice and client lists, and updating website and collateral with current experience and expertise.
• Enhancing the firm\’s European profile through event coordination, identifying thought leadership opportunities, and managing business development calendars.
• Gathering business and competitive intelligence to support strategic initiatives.
• Drafting submissions for directories (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500), liaising with lawyers, and supporting interviews.
• Supporting client memo production, publishing opportunities, matter experience tracking, and promoting matters in coordination with PR teams.
• Executing attorney and practice business plans, managing special projects (including diversity initiatives), and coordinating firm events, ensuring high-quality output.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in a similar role within legal or professional services is essential.
• Strong ability to work across teams, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and adapt to changing priorities.
