Employee Experience Advisor

We\’re looking for an Employee Experience Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, ideally you will also be able to start immediately. In this strategic and impactful role, you\’ll lead on employee engagement initiatives, drive improvements in employee relations and HR policies, and support inclusive events and industrial relations processes. Working hours: 35 hours per week – Monday – Friday. Hybrid role: Your base will be at Horsham or London. Hybrid working isn\’t a tick exercise for us – we live the values, expectation for this role will be around 2 days per month at the base hub and this is open to flex around you and the operation. Contract – 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
