Air Conditioning Engineer £45,000 Telford A competitive salary up to £45,000 is on offer for an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer local to the Telford / Shrewsbury area. You will be joining a friendly team of Air Conditioning Engineers carrying out service, maintenance & fault finding local to the Shrewsbury, Telford, Dudley & Wolverhampton area. * £40,000 – £45,000 * Paid Travel: Engineers give 30 minutes each way * Monthly Bonus Scheme * Working Hours: 8:30 – 17:00 * 1 in 5 Week Call Out Rota * Optional Overtime (1.5X Mon – Sat, 2.0X Sundays & BH’s) * 28 Days Holiday (Increases by 1 day each year) * Additional Manufacturer Training * Progression opportunities to Lead roles * Friendly team culture with a Christmas Event & Mid Year events 80% of the work would be Air Conditioning focused and 20% would be on Refrigeration.
