Prosecutions Lawyer

Locum Contract
Hybrid Working
A well-regarded local authority in London is seeking a Prosecutions Lawyer to join their Criminal Litigation team on a locum basis.
This is a hybrid role that will require office attendance twice per week and court attendance as needed in London.
The successful Prosecutions Lawyer must have previously worked in Local Government and be able to independently advise on a range of criminal litigation matters.
Cases include:
- Trading standards
- Parking
- Littering
- Fraud
The Prosecutions Lawyer may also be asked to advise at licensing sub-committees, so experience doing this will be advantageous.
